There was a time when I thought I had everything under control. As the business head of multiple power-producing units, my leadership was measured through hard data—performance scores, surveys, and financial outcomes. My Q12 score was above standards in the company and that felt like an accomplishment. I was confident, even complacent.

So, when the annual review came around, I prayed. I prayed for a promotion, for recognition, for material success. After all, wasn’t that the natural order of things? Put in the effort, get rewarded.

But instead of validation, I received something far more valuable—a wake-up call.

The Leadership Dilemma That Changed Everything

My boss sat across from me, scanning my performance report. Then came the feedback that shook me:

“You need to be more assertive. You’re too liberal in your dealings.”

I felt my stomach drop. Assertiveness? Hadn’t I always been a fair leader, someone who considered all perspectives? But then, a specific incident surfaced in my mind—

A workers' strike. A demand for wage revision. A decision I made out of compassion.

I had approved the wage hike for contract workers because it felt like the right thing to do. But my decision had unknowingly set a precedent, triggered financial strain and disrupted other power units. What I saw as fairness, my leadership saw as a lack of strategic assertion.

And that’s when I realized: the very trait I took pride in was also my biggest weakness.

Prayer as a Gateway to Internal Energy Shift

That night, I prayed again. But this time, it wasn’t for money or titles.

I prayed for something much deeper:

The power to transform myself.
The wisdom to balance empathy with assertion.
The confidence to say 'No' when necessary.
The ability to command respect without compromising kindness.

And with that shift in prayer, something incredible happened—I stopped looking outside for solutions and started working within.

I studied human psychology, negotiation tactics and behavioral science. I honed my communication style, strengthened my body language and sharpened my decision-making.

Slowly but surely, the transformation happened. I could say ‘No’ with confidence, without guilt. I could stand my ground without second-guessing myself.

The Hidden Science of Energy and Self-Transformation

Energy is more than just physical strength—it is a dynamic force shaped by purity, peace, happiness, love, power, bliss and knowledge. Every living being possesses a unique balance of these 7 energies, defining their personality and behavioral patterns.

🔹 A lion’s energy gives it fearless leadership.
🔹 A snake’s energy makes it calculating and adaptive.
🔹 A child is born with pure consciousness, but as they grow, their experiences shape which energies dominate their character.

Humans are designed with an inherent purpose. Just like a refrigerator needs energy to function as intended, we need internal energy alignment to fulfill our highest potential.

Why Most Prayers Go Unanswered

Here’s the hard truth:

🌟 God doesn’t give us material things. We generate them through our actions.
🌟 Prayer isn’t about asking—it’s about tuning into the right energy frequencies.
🌟 Self-transformation happens when prayer meets aligned action.

So, the next time you pray, ask yourself:

🔹 Are you asking for external rewards or are you seeking internal strength?
🔹 Are you waiting for miracles or are you preparing yourself to create them?
🔹 Are you hoping for change or are you becoming the change?

Because the power you seek is already within you. Prayer is just the key that unlocks it.

When the Outcome is Beyond Control

Many people turn to prayer when faced with situations beyond their control—like a lottery, where randomness dictates the outcome. But in such cases, the true power of prayer lies not in influencing the result but in shifting your mindset and energy.

🔹 Prayer cultivates detachment—so you don’t tie your happiness to a single outcome.
🔹 It redirects focus—helping you seek alternative paths rather than relying on chance.
🔹 It builds resilience—so whether you win or lose, you remain centered and at peace.

The real lottery isn’t the one you enter—it’s the inner game of energy alignment. And that’s a game you can always win.
